Sublimation Printing

What is Sublimation Printing?

Sublimation printing is a high-quality printing method that uses heat and pressure to transform ink into gas, which then fuses directly with the material. This results in a permanent, vibrant design that won’t fade, crack, or peel over time. Unlike other printing methods that sit on top of the surface, sublimation embeds the ink into the product itself.

How Sublimation Works:

  1. The design is first printed onto special transfer paper using sublimation ink.
  2. The transfer paper is then placed on the product and heat-pressed at high temperatures.
  3. The heat turns the ink into gas, allowing it to bond with the material permanently.
